1. Service Agreement

By accessing CardSpot, operated by LatinConnect IT Solutions, you agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our digital services and physical products.

2. Responsible Use and Third-Party Data

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information on your digital card and for the legal compliance of any prospect data (leads) you capture. Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, phishing, or harassment is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments, Renewals, and Cancellation

Premium plans are billed in advance. CardSpot uses third-party processors for secure transactions. Failure to pay will result in the suspension of premium features, reverting your profile to the basic free mode.

4. Physical Products (NFC)

Physical products sold by CardSpot are warranted against manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, natural wear and tear, or loss of devices linked to your account.

5. Ownership and License

CardSpot grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use our tools. All software, designs, and trademarks are the intellectual property of LatinConnect IT Solutions.

6. Limitation of Liability

LatinConnect IT Solutions shall not be liable for loss of business opportunities, revenue, or data resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

7. Service Changes

We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect legal or technical changes. We will notify you of meaningful changes through the platform or via email.
